The seller

The suite is rented directly by its owner: Dayana Duval.

Furnished tourist rental registration number: application in progress with the Fort-de-France town hall.

Price and payment

Prices include all taxes, with cleaning and tourist tax included in the total.

The stay is paid in full when you book, by card, on Stripe's secure page.

Tourist tax: 5.5% of the nightly price per person, including the 10% additional tax, capped at €2.59 per adult per night; under-18s don't pay.

Cancellation

Up to 5 days before arrival, the stay is fully refunded.

Less than 5 days before arrival or during the stay, the nights already spent plus one more night are due.

Half of the remaining nights is then refunded.

Days are counted in Martinique time. Before arrival, cleaning, options and tourist tax are refunded. During the stay, the tax for nights not spent is refunded too.

To cancel, open the personal link you received by email. The refund arrives within 5 to 10 days.

No right of withdrawal for a rental on fixed dates (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Services bought on their own

A service bought without a stay is linked to a stay already booked, here or on a platform.

The host confirms each service according to availability.

A service that can't be provided is fully refunded.

The stay

2 guests, 3 with the sofa bed (€23 a night for the 3rd). Minimum stay 2 nights.

Small pets welcome: €40 per stay.

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
