What does the price include?

The whole suite with its garden, the terrace, the deck and the plunge pool, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the parking space.

How is the tourist tax calculated?

It is the Fort-de-France tourist tax: 5.5% of the nightly price per person, including the 10% additional tax, capped at €2.59 per adult per night; under-18s don't pay. It is calculated automatically from your dates and the number of adults.

Are there booking fees?
